Amos was my first dog and is the leader of our dog pack.He takes his alpha position seriously and works hard to protect the home and family.We often find him perched on a couch or staring out the window making sure the scene is clear.Amos always takes control over any group of dogs we have in the house.He is very diplomatic in his rule, and will often place himself in the middle of arguments or rough play.With a quick bark or growl he lets everyone know, “this is not ok!” without getting aggressive or caught up in the moment.He is a family dog, so he is cautious about strange people.However, given time he will warm up and be selectively affection with most people.He is a momma’s boy, so he definitely prefers the ladies.
