Our Basic Bath and Trim Package includes a coat penetrating bath, blow out and fluff out, ear plucking and cleaning, nail trimming and breed specific or owner modified trim.Anal gland expression is available upon request. Pricing varies based on breed, size, temperament, coat condition, and trim choice.
Our grooming procedure: Groomings are by appointment only.Appointments are available throughout the day.You can request a morning or afternoon appointment when you call.Many dog owners are uncomfortable leaving their pets all day.Therefore, we attempt to complete all grooms within 3 hours.However, times will vary based on scheduling and the condition of your dog.Your final pickup time will be given when you drop off your dog.If you have a conflict (work, appointments, etc.) and are unable to pick your dog when complete, you must indicate this when you schedule your appointment.We do our best to accommodate all schedules, and are willing to keep dogs longer if necessary.Dogs that stay with us for the duration of the day are offered water and potty walks to keep them comfortable. Grooming Policies: All dogs must have up to date Rabies vaccinations.Customers can present an invoice from their vet, or town licensing paperwork, to verify vaccinations.Cloud K9, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who cannot provide confirmation of the Rabies vaccination.We do not require the Kennel Cough (Bordetella) vaccination.However, if you choose to vaccinate for Kennel Cough, we ask that you administer the vaccination at least two weeks prior to your grooming appointment. We operate on an appointment based schedule.You must show up on time.If you are more that 15 minutes late to your appointment, we add $5.00 to your grooming costs or reschedule your appointment to another day.
You must give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.If you do not give appropriate notice, first time offenders will be charged a rebook fee of $10 on their next grooming.If you are a repeat offender, you will be asked to prepay for your appointments.All prepayments are non-refundable.
