Full Service Experienced Groomer

I started grooming in 2004.  My love for dogs combined with the technical trade skill required to groom, made this the perfect career choice for me. I have learned through formal training, as well as from on the job experience with some exceptional groomers and trainers.  I believe that grooming and caring for dogs requires both technical skill and behavioral understanding.  I use both to tailor an individual experience for the best overall care.

MAKAYLA MCBRIDE

Full Service Experienced Groomer

Makayla joined our crew in June of 2019.  Coming from a small private salon in Concord, she has been a great match for the Cloud K9 culture.  Dedicated to the health, comfort, and safety of every dog on her table, Makayla has experience grooming everything.  At home, her herd includes a Standard  Poodle "Olivia", two cats "Kodak" and "Clementine", and a gaggle of ducks.

ALICIA PORCELLI

Daycare Lead / Social Media Producer

Alicia came to Cloud K9 in December 2019.  She has a Min Pin named Cooper and an English Mastiff named Aina.  Alicia has several years of dog daycare experience, and has owned and worked with horses much of her life.   She is trained in dog CPR and first aid.  Alicia organizes our social media posts.  You can credit her with most of those amazing activities and pictures.

ANDREW BENOIT

Daycare Yard Supervisor

Andrew began working at Cloud K9 in August 2019.  He has a Chocolate Lab named Cali.  Andrew is extremely kind and caring with all the dogs here.  He genuinely enjoys their company, and is always giving your pups extra care and attention.  Andrew's calm manner puts all the animals at ease.  He is a great presence in the yards.

BRITTANY RIVET

Daycare Lead / Facility Manager

Brittany joined our team in February 2019.  She has two Pitbulls (Ava and Cyrus) and three Chihuahuas (Jax, Indy and Evie).  Britt has completed the Animal Behavior College Dog Grooming Cirriculum, and is trained in Dog CPR and first aid.  She has been working in dog daycare and boarding facilities since 2008.  Keeping our facility clean and organized is a big job. Britt always makes sure everything is in its place, and all the dogs have a healthy and safe environment to play.

BECCA SIMPSON

Daycare Yard Supervisor

Becca is our newest staff member.  She joined our crew in May 2020.  Becca is green with no experience or training, but her genuine love of dogs make her a perfect fit for our team.  Her excitement to learn about dogs and their social behavior is fantastic.  We love her young enthusiam.

PARKER THORNTON

Daycare Yard Supervisor

Parker stared with us at Cloud K9 in May 2020.  He as a Black Lab mix named Flint.  Parker has done lots of personal training with Flint, but had no dog daycare experience prior to starting.  He is very interested in expanding his knowledge of group dog social behavior.  He loves getting to know all your fur babies.  Always ready to help with any task, from cleaning to activities, Parker is an asset to the team.
